I started to work on translating MyBB into my language, but I found that some translations would not be applied on MyBB. For instance, translation for "User CP" never shows on MyBB, while one for "Admin CP" does, like this:

And entire Admin CP are displayed only in English.

I downloaded Hungary Language Pack to see if it showed correctly, but it appeared to have the same problem as mine.

I installed MyBB 1.6.13 with PHP 5.5.13. Do I need to configure something to use a language pack? "System Health" on Admin CP shows no error however.
Any information would be appreciated.

You have to selected the ACP Language from the Global ACP Preferences in Settings.

I could turn Admin CP to my language pack.

But still "User CP" and some other words in global.lang.php are not applied.
I wonder what is wrong with them?
