When I try to click links in post a new thread, they don't work.
How can I fix these?

Link to the forum, and possibly a error of what is output?

If you are using Cloudflare, disable the Rocket Loader. The other issue I can think of is a possible jQuery conflict.

Try to re-upload the jscripts folder, it fixed my error.
