Looks nice. The color scheme looks decent, I'd tune down the shadowing a bit, though. Nice job overall, especially only for a few hours.

I've only made like 3 themes in my life, overall this is my favorite so far.
It does look nice. Bonus points for using what looks like salveo (sp.?) weed from the Pokemon anime. Glow effects are nicely done, not overpowering. You might consider dropping ICQ and MSN contact fields. If you use a plugin, you could put Skype there.
