The javascript is not loading. Try renaming the script to companymenu.js and ensure you update the link in your template. If that code uses jquery you will also need to load jquery library.
I know the template path header_welcomeblock_member. I can update the link here. Bo=ut can you tell me the path of script? WHERE CAN i find it?
you need to look into ungrouped templates >> headerinclude
make sure that the jscript file is uploaded to the server. and i see a jquery noconflict script on source. does this drop down uses jquery, if yes you need to add the jquery library as well
According to the code you have in the header the js file is in the jscripts with the rest of your js.
