If you only wanted to have the registration page not have a footer or header, why not edit it's template and remove the {$header} and {$footer} lines?

I am not sure where to start and end in the member.php file. I am also not sure how I would paste it in templates.

If all you want is to remove the header and footer for registration all you gotta do is go in the register templates: ACP>Themes>Templates>Your Theme> Member Templates > Member_register and remove the {$header} and {$footer} tags so it will look like this without them:

Not what I want. I want to take the Mybb registration page and remove it from the header/footer and incorporate my own. This is why I wanted to use my own template as I can edit it how I like. However the registration isn't properly displaying. It is missing passboxes, refferer, and captcha.
