Hello, I set up a forum at https://www.youthdebate.co.uk/forums/index.php and initially it sent emails fine. I required users to activate their accounts by email and there was no problem. A couple of days later a small percentage of new users were having problems receiving activation emails, and then the next day nobody could receive them. They're not in junk. As a temporary fix I've replaced the need to activate by email with a security question. Obviously I'd like to be able to send emails, my users want to be able to subscribe to threads

Does anybody have any ideas? I created the test PHP file as instructed by the docs section of the site, and it says it sent no problem.
