Hi, I run a private forum for colleagues (1.6.10) and registration has to be activated by myself.
Over the past few months a number of colleagues have registered, I activate their registration and all seems well for a day or two (they seem to be able to access the forum).
But then without warning they just vanish, all trace of their registration has gone.
We have tried repeating the process several times but the same thing happens.
Any ideas?
