I've searched high and low and my brain is tired, so I was very much hoping someone here would be able to point me in the right direction.

We have a member on our site that cannot use the message editor buttons, and their post message gets changed, no matter what they type, to "undefined". They're able to post in IE but are still unable to use the editor buttons.

She does not have this issue when using Safari on her mobile device, though.

I apologize in advance if the answer is staring me in the face somewhere and I clicked right past it.

You also clicked past the correct category - "MyBB.com Community & Site Issues" forum is only for topics about http://mybb.com. Moving to General Support.

Anyways, ask her to deactivate plugins in her browser(s) and then to retry. Such issues are most likely caused by conflicting modifications.

Oh wow. I'm sorry. In my blind panic I got lost in the Community section.
She ran a virus scan and the issue now seems to be resolved.
