I extracted my whole site onto my desktop. Yes, all the folders inside wordpress, including phpmyadmin and mybb. I thought this would backup all my data, such as all the threads and posts. *facepalm* Stupid. I got a new site and a new host, and yes, I do know the database is stored in MySql. Did I just lose a years worth of threads and posts?
