I get lots of 404 errors but before I block it could you tell me what it means:
misc.php?action=markread&fid=xxxxxxxx
misc.php?action=clearcookies&key=xxxxxxxxxxxx
Is this the right way to block it:

Why not? Spiders don't need to use these URLs so it's safe to aclock them in robots.txt
And @marcus123, I have already told you few times to use robots.txt included in Google SEO, it has everything what should be blocked - like whole misc.php file.
D666 baby I can't block misc.php cause I have a few pages created with page manager that uses mics.php file
I am using robots.txt but you know me I like to learn before doing stuff
