So i am going to create a theme and i would like to know how to apply a color picker? with save options on cookies?
And i was wondering how to do that?

There's no simple way to add one in, you've got to have a lot of Javascript knowledge. If you do then you can use something like this:

Probably, and it's not hard if you just make it modify the css instead of all this js involved which will lag.
Well, to make it modify the CSS you have to make a css.php file, and that's a lot more difficult than the JS solution (Though css.php does work better).
Try DNT advantage or Nesil reload i found an easy way to add it and have to work on all themes if you wish.
I made a tutorial to do that because its to easy all tools are on the net and takes a lot of 10 minutes of your time to make it work xD.
