Hi every body,
I checked beta 2 and am really happy to see "PM Subscription" option. Well done!
But actually the function of this option isn't very well. I think that's better to have the link of the newest post in subscribed thread in notification bar, some thing like this:
"There is a new post/reply in x thread by y." and when clicking on thread's name, the new post will be shown.
No need to have a PM which just makes the PM box full, Also that will annoy users if user had subscribed to a lot of threads.
If you want to have an archive of notifications, so I think that's better to have a new section for them,also it's really needed to have a drop down menu with notifications in user bar(I mean welcome block).
+ Please put Thread Subscription switches (in new thread & new reply) in a drop-down menu.
