I am following the installation instructions and have successfully uploaded all the files under upload folder in our website. When I type:
http://www.espintech.com/upload/install/ I get a http 403 error.
I am logged in as an administrator and have provided full permissions to the upload folder.
Any help would be appreciated.

I have gone through this thread before posting on this forum I have tried to upload and reinstall but I keep getting the 403 error. Can anyone kindly offer me specific how to?

Try contacting your host? It doesn't look like it's a problem with MyBB but rather its a problem with your host's configuration.

Ask them if they have a directory default page extension (should be index.php index.htm index.html etc)
Yes, we have a directory default page extension - index.html. BTW, we are hosting our own web server inhouse.
you should contact an apache support group as this is a problem with the configuration of your server, not MyBB.
You say index.html, you need index.php as well. Also you need PHP and mysql installed. I see you are running IIS, as far as I know you can make it work with that as well, but I strongly suggest Apache.

Yes, I have also added index.php but so far I have determined that I am not able to run any *.php file. There seems to be something else that I am missing.
Kindly do not hesitate to offer any suggestion.
