is popping up the announcement for the members , that didnt view that announcement possible? like vbulletin for example i've posted an announcement i want it to pop for all of the members that didnt view it

if they've read it , then it will not appear again
they cannot review anything in the forums without viewing it , it suppose to be in the middle of the screen hiding all of the boards ,

Its activated and modified the settings , sat it up , but for me it dosent appear , can anyone check if the message pops up?

ah nvm it works and fine but there is a problem,
I want the message to appear when the user/guest is reviewing the main forum index not only the threads , for example you went to my website http://nc-gaming.gegahost.net
the message will pop up in the same style in the index of the page , instead of poping up only when you go to a thread
