how to show a div for guest but if user register on site hide this div and show another div
?

ACP >> Templates >> Your theme's templates >> Header Templates

Anything you put in the header_welcomeblock_guest will be shown only to guests and the content of header_welcomeblock_member is shown if he is logged in..

header_welcomeblock_guest is the right template, though positioning of the div might be tricky if you place there.. If you face trouble implementing that follow this guide:
