Hi i recently full backup my forum from cpannel and deleted the backup file from server, and now when i want to access my site its saying "Forbidden" then i check the error log from cpannel and i got the following issue :

Permission denied: /home/username/.htaccess pcfg_openfile: unable to check htaccess file, ensure it is readable

So how to fix this error ...?
