Hi my site is

Since upgrading to 1.6.14, nobody has been able to register on the site - there is no 'submit' button at the base of the registration page where you might expect to find it just under the captcha image.
Had been working fine under 1.6.13
I have tried swapping between captcha and recaptcha as image verification , but neither responds to typing of captcha characters and hitting enter. Tested on Firefox, Chrome & Internet explorer.
What am I missing here?
I presume it is not a theme / template related problem, as previous upgrades did not have this issue. In case I am wrong though, where should I look to see what might be preventing the 'submit' button from being included?

Thanks for your help there - I tried replace all, but things then looked a bit ropy, and the submit button was still missing. Suspect your template not completely compatible with whatever had been done for my theme (Unova theme)
However with nothing left to loose, I tried clicking 'revert' for that template and this seems to have cleared everything up.

yes you can use revert too.
tip: any time trying to add code to templates first put the codes in Notepad and copy from Notepad.
