Currently am planning to change my Hosting Account. That so am going to migrate my Forum from windows hosting server into Linux server. Please anyone Guide me to do that.

Copying the files across should, for the most part, work without issue. You will likely need to change some of the file permissions though.
http://docs.mybb.com/CHMOD_Files.html has a list of what files need specific permissions (Although the formatting seems broken)
the main problem you might face is the CHMOD part as Windows doesn't understand CHMODs, i believe you can just ignore that bit. Also there are certain items that may not function outside a *nix environment.
