Hello I am running the latest MyBB

Is it only the group Admin that is allowed to create forums?
I wish to give Super Moderator's permssion to be able to create forums, is this possible?

First you have to enable them to use the Admin CP.

ACP->Users & Groups->Groups->Super MOderators. Check the box for Can Access Admin CP.

After that, you will need to go to the Admin Permissions tab and make sure Can Manage Forums is checked for that usergroup.
