#Bump. There are some css files that can be removed (like css3.css, showthread.css) or merged (modcp.css and user cp.css in cp.css) and their respective content moved into a another file. Loading a blank css file is complete waste.

Bump. It would be a great addition if css files could be deleted instead of auto inherited. As previously stated, there are some files that are useless when leaving blank (css3.css, showthread.css are first on my min).
