Is there a plugin that pops up on the forum when a guest goes to my forum that shows a message and a registration link?

Im looking for something to encourgae people to register.

You have to go admin cp and on config plugin link appeared you can customize all entire plugin and you can set multilang opts and message. The message displayed is on opts like css and location of the window for guests.
