Add setting to easy set up a favicon for your forum without file editing.

Setting should be added to: "Configuration -> Site details"

There is a mod for this (1.6) - http://mods.mybb.com/view/favicon-in-address-bar

OK, you can write - just copy favicon file into root folder but it doesnt work everytime

As Martec said, you can edit the templates (headerinclude) to specify an alternate favicon location, though IMO a setting isn't at all needed. All modern browers look for /favicon.ico by default and if you need to specify an alternate location, as said, templates can be used for that.
