Could we please include fully qualified URLs in the default templates? Most forms, for example, have an action of "misc.php", but it should be "{$mybb->settings['bburl']}/misc.php". I use the MyBB templates in PHP files in other directories and have to update all the templates every time a MyBB update reverts templates.

While I understand this may be important, it's something we cannot do now. Feel free to submit a PR if you can do it yourself. We simply don't have time for any more features/enhancements, at least until 1.8 hits Gold. Then we may think about these smaller changes.
