Basically, where it says Home-UserCP-PMs-Logout i want to decrease the amount of white, bascially move the forum up so there isn't so much white area between each.

Try to remove <br> at the end of forumbit_depth1_cat template.
Didn't work, I've done it before but can't remember how!

Sorry, i missunderstand your question because your site didnt show these buttons,
so i thought you want to decrease space betwin forums.
If you just want to
decrease space around these 4 buttons i assume it will be in
Header Templates,
(
most likely header or header_welcomeblock_member one)
but cant tell you more since your live site not show these buttons to guests.
Maybe a little confusion here, I've tried to draw what i mean. I'd like to basically move the forum up as there is a big white space between the forum and the buttons. Usually it's to do with a <BR> code like you said but can't seem to find it anywhere, even when i highlight that area there is something where but can't seem to figure it out.
