Only admins on the forum they are browing can see how many accounts are awaiting activation. Any of the Big Board Owners could tell you they have many accounts awaiting activation.
It's simple guys. You display the message according to the settings of this:
Registration Method
Please select the method of registration to use when users register.
If it requires an administrator activation, then why not. You should display the warning then. But if else, no point in this kind of warning. Logic. :p

I get email notification so don't need this sitting at the top of pages.
So +1 for an On/Off switch please.
