I got my website up on 000webhost.com.
I used FileZilla.
I uploaded the files into the correct spot but when I go to:
**********.netii.com/install
It won't let me click the next button.

The page was obviously modified by the server or a browser plugin. All these links visible on your screenshot are not there by default. It is likely that is also the reason for your problem.

I suggest not using 000webhost.com. They so all sorts of things to pay the bills for their free hosting :/

give a try to freehostia.com for free hosting. dont forget to read tos.
