I just checked it and find that holding down left/right mouse button makes the thread title editable... and its fine imo.. 1.6 works the same way as well....

We use the mousedown event to catch the button hold. It catches left and right buttons. I'm rejecting this as in 1.6 this was also done like this. Right clicking doesn't do anything, right holding yes.
