basically you have to recheck the location of the plugin files - whether files are uploaded to correct folders
there are two games.php files - one in the forum root folder (~55KB) and the other (~30KB) goes to plugins folder
are you using different language packs (other than English) for your forum ?

oh they both ment to be the same?
^ No. they are different.
they are differnt now but still having this error
i even redownloaded the plugin and just added all the game files from a old load
Or did you made changes in your index.php, using a wrong editor?
far as i remeber ive not changed anything, this error started to happen when changed hosts and domain, we left the plugins activated but started a new install but used the database
