Im wanting to convert my members and posts to MyBB. I have downloaded the converter but I don't know how to make it work.. Can someone help?

What's the problem?
1. Install new MYBB 1.2.2
2. upload the import_phpbb2 files.
3. Run import_phpbb.php in your browser (i.e. http://www.yoursite.com/mybb/import_phpbb2.php)
4. Follow onscreen instructions.
NOTE: The converter doesn't say this but you need to chmod all your old phpbb avatars to 777 for them to be moved. Uploaded member avatars are set at 755 I believe but they need to be 777 since they are apache group from the upload (normally).
