How, if possible, to limit a poll to specific users and/or groups of users ?
Also noticed the note "Optionally you may attach a poll to this thread.", but not sure what the indicates ?
Tried 'Search Forum' and 'docs.mybb.com' but didnt turn up much on above questions.
Thoughts ?

You can set who can vote on polls on a per usergroup basis for each forum. You can't do it on a per user basis. This is done under Forum Permissions.

Attaching polls just means that you list a question and those with permission can select their choice.
