As I add code to .htaccess file and save and click apply after that forum broke and shows only 404 error.
Its rewrite URL but not Working or redirecting.

visit plugins page in the admin panel and look at Google SEO plugin. does it say anything to do ?

Theres an examlpe file in the plugin called htaccess.example.txt. Make necessary modifications to it. Add it to ftp and rename it to .htaccess. That should save you from trouble of making changes to current one.
