I do not understand about database

First you need to title your threads more appropriately. Otherwise there is no way to know what the thread is about.

Secondly, to fix your issue, Log into your hosting account first. Open up PHPMyAdmin. Run this query:

REPAIR TABLE mybb_sessions;

see also this guidance on running SQL queries (if required)
