A small bug:

As you can see the color is green and the underline bar is orange.

That's also in mybb 1.6, not really a bug.

Google Chrome - just point to the reputation number

Could probably add a new class and have its own hover.

That's not an issue at all - that's simply our design here: hovered links are orange but as the number has it's "own" color only the underline is orange in 1.6 (and AFAIK in 1.8) the underline was blue.
