Hi,
it would be nice and really handy to use Tapatalk with this forum. There is nothing worse than browsing forum on smartphone... more zoom in/out than reading

As said multiple times before we won't add Tapatalk to this forum. On one hand it had serious security issues in the past and on the other hand people could think it is part of MyBB if we install it here. Furthermore it probably takes a while until it is available for MyBB 1.8.

I believe this forum is also meant to be as close to core without changes as possible. It's not hard to browse on mobile, I do it all the time and have no issues.
