i want to use Advanced-Sidebox and make a sidebox but my theme already have a sidebox. how i can combine Advanced-Sidebox and my theme sidebox ?

best option is to go to ur theme templates/index templates/index
there u can delete the default sidebar of the theme and use the plugin only

if u mean they way it looks just right click on any place of side boxes and then inspect element
then u will be able to play around with the css styles of that box and see to what css file she belongs
then edit at your own taste
