At first glance it appeared to be working
http://www.eroticinventions.com/sitemap-index.xml
However once you try and go to the sub-pages you get an invalid sitemap for example
http://www.eroticinventions.com/sitemap-...xml?page=1 this comes up as an invalid sitemap

Possibly an issue with your webserver (varnish). For some reason the page= parameter doesn't seem to be passed on to PHP in your setup.
