Hello

Even though I've set the size of the max uploadable size of an avatar to 100x100 the threads have the avatars sized up to 70x70.

I've search the files for something like: max-widht:70px and didn't hit anything.

Google inspect didn't help much:



Any clues where is this setting being defined?

Check showthread options in the ACP, you need to put there the size of the avatars in the postbit =).
