For instance this URL: http://community.mybb.com/misc.php?action=help&hid=4 you see the footer remains at the bottom.

Now: http://letsforum.com/misc.php?action=help&hid=4 if you remove height from body and container you will see it jump up and doesn't stay at the bottom.
