They're not deleting from Filezilla, if they're being deleted then they're being deleted from the server, Filezilla is just an FTP client. Do you mean they show up on your server but then at some point disappear? How long are they there for? If your files are actually disappearing, then you'll need to ask your host about it, it's not a MyBB specific issue or anything we can really do much about.

As Matt stated it's not a mybb error. What host are you using, and in particular which files are being deleted?

Contact you hosting provider and ask them to tell you the correct: "HOST" for FTP Fillezilla.
