As the Title states. After I set up my forum, it just displays a blank white page. No errors show during installation and no errors anywhere else. It's just a white page.

Have you checked the server error logs?
please create and upload a simple HTML test file to your MYBB root directory. Tell us if you see the content of it?
i think that you've entered something wrong probably the MySQL Hostname , its displayed as localhost , but you need to change it to the hostname that the host provided
Also , Don't forget to put the correct cookie domain (Dot Your Domain = .yourdomain) and the website url suppose to be the same as the host's URL
As i can see in your website that nothing is in your Root , make suer to put the files in the .public html or httadocs or whatever you have
