Hello mates,
I've lately been surfing the Windows Vista Forums and I was impressed with that "L33t Vista" theme, so I'm hoping that some nice person would like to make this theme for me and the community.
I hope it would be <name here>'s masterpiece too!

I think he just means make a similar theme. Obviously just copying the images / css is the wrong way to do it.

spend 2.5 hours in photoshop to create this
icons are from windows vista, background (can't remember, deviantart maybe), everything else is mine (created from scratch).
