Yep. Makes me understand things to a greater extent when I speak them over to myself.

I do it a lot when I'm LPing a game as it feels like I'm talking to myself, even when I know that there's someone on the other end.

All the time. Usually just dialogue in my head if people around (or muttering whispers), but often talking out loud if I'm home alone.
