for my forum website that I am making, I do not know how to make the forum titles show up horizontal navigation bar. Ive tried to youtube it but that was of no use. does anyone know how to do this?

How do I do that? I thought it was already enabled

Navigate to the top-left corner, and click 'User CP'. Under Your Profile, you should see Edit Options. Click it. Select "Receive private messages from other users." under Messaging and Notification
