I am wondering which theme is this being used here at MYBB.COM? 

It looks stunningly well designed? Is this going to be the default theme whenever you install a new MyBB? 

Or is it customized just for use in here?

it will be the default theme for MyBB version 1.8 (expected to be released in near future)

Edit: it is based on Apart theme series for MyBB 1.6.x
