I was trying to install Google SEO plugin and i renamed the file htaccess.txt to .htaccess
But when i checked the htaccess.txt moved to .htaccess , so now it exist only .htacces file and i don't know how to undo back that action !?

I'm not really sure what you're asking... it's only meant to exist as .htaccess, the htaccess.txt file is there specifically to be renamed.

becuase i did this while i was watching a video how to enable Google SEO,
but after that i uninstalled totally Google SEO and i'm using robots.txt and i've added in those directories :
/public_html/robots.txt
/public_html/inc/robots.txt
/public_html/inc/plugins/robots.txt
/public_html/admin/robots.txt
/public_html/admin/backups/robots.txt
/public_html/uploads/robots.txt

Should add robots.txt in other directories or to leave how it is !?

You don't put robots.txt files in every folder though, just in the root.
