Yea title says it!
I have made all my toplinks etc

So the tab here is a drop down box!

And I made it so that it shows your current Username when Logged in!

When they click on it, It allows them to select
Profile,
User CP,
Private messages,
Logout,

And under User CP I need it to say "Mod CP" But I only want this to be visible to people who are in a Certain group!
And below that I need it to say "Admin CP" but that also can be only Visible to people in a certain group!

And also if you could tell me how to seperate the Drop Down Im talking about from the other toplinks so it would be on the "Right Side" and not the "Left Side" that would be awesome!

you can use template conditionals plugin to make such specific group links

I don't think that's required.
From what I can see from here:

Use the list item you used for Mod CP's link and paste it in header_welcomeblock_member_moderator and use [$modcplink} instead of the original link.

Same case for Admin CP's link.
