I had two files in my /inc directory, config.php and config.default.php
So i renamed config.default.php , and then config.php was moved to config.default.php
And now my link of my forum don't work.
can anybody tell me how to restore that file that i renamed
or i am trying to create new forum and then to go in /inc and then to copy the text in config.php
and to create a new text file in my inc directory and to paste there that code ? can it work ?

You should never rename those files, really.
Also how did you rename it last time? Go into the same way and change them back.

Make sure you rename them correctly back the way they were.

config.php file consists of essential database connection details.

I Fixed that by copying code of config.php by searching google and i found a full code of config.php
in MyBB i think, and i pasted in my config.php and changed database name ,user password.
