It's not about the write permissions on the file, it sounds like your server has something set up to block access to pages with iframes on or something.

Sounds possibly like some odd mod_security stuff going on. It's probably best to contact your host.

I find it hilarious that you are putting a message about iFrames not being supported in an iFrame.

Is there a reason why you can't use a div instead?
