It is not happening for me using IE11 on WIN8.1

Doesn't matter how shi**y it is. It's used by a significant amount of people, therefore this is something that needs to be addressed in some way.

Can't reproduce it using IE11, Windows 7, latest MS updates. It's green for me, unless the username is taken, Please specify more details.
