So I added the bootstrap css to a theme I am just started working on, but when I save the css and run the forum with the theme it is showing that bootstrap.css is blank.  When I go back to the admin panel and go into the css file, everything is there.  Has anyone had any similar kind of problem when working with bootstrap or know what I can do to debug this issue?  

I know 1.8 isn't final yet.  I am running it on a dev server so I can have my theme ready (or close to ready) once 1.8 is final.
